Double special ring for penis and testicles made of leather and metal. The 2 cm wide leather ring is adjustable to 2 different diameters: 40 and 50 mm.
The metal ring is fastened with snaps and can be replaced against another. All penis rings with narrow profile will fit, for example, the "Super Flat Boy Cockring".
The included metal ring has a diameter of 45 mm.
